Charles has been in the insurance industry over 20 years and with State Farm for 10 years.

With a passion for success and leadership, he has enjoyed building a successful agency by building up others.

He has helped 3 agent aspirants realize their dream of agency ownership. He currently has agent aspirants who are on their way to the same success.
He has enjoyed some of the highest honors the company offers. Including Exotic travel and Lifetime Presidents Club, among many others.
He has turned his passion for leadership and empowering others into TEAM 360.
His agency is located in Fayetteville NC. He is married to Jaime Oxendine, who is an agent in Clayton NC.
Jonathan Dozier
Jonathan is currently a team member with Charles Oxendine State Farm Agency. He has been with the agency since 2015.

Jonathan consistently produces over 100 apps per month strictly from referrals and centers of influence.
​
His best auto production month was over 100 auto applications. His best overall production month was 155 applications.
​
Jonathan has also been awarded the honor of being his territory's leading Application record holder.
